ALBANY Zoia Koshnitsky, age 83, of the B'nai B'rith Parkview Apartments in Albany, passed away Saturday morning, January 17, 2009 at the Community Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. Mrs. Koshnitsky was born in Gorkiy, Russia on February 12, 1925 and came to the United States in 1995. She was an active member of the community, participating in choir, church, volunteering and lessons.
